A private agency, personally led since 1997.

With over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry, dating back to 1990, I established my own real estate firm in 1997 after completing the qualifying examinations conducted by the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, I held several senior management positions at MCIS Ltd, a composite insurance company, including Chief Development Officer, Branch Development Manager and Chief Agent in the Non-Life Division. These appointments provided me with a strong foundation in business development, management and client relations.

My principal area of specialisation is the sale of luxury bungalows and high-end condominiums in the prestigious residential locations of Kuala Lumpur and Greater Kuala Lumpur. I have particular expertise in Country Heights, Kajang, where I also have a home, giving me valuable first-hand knowledge of the neighbourhood, its community and its property market.

In addition to my professional commitments, I have maintained an active role in community leadership. I served two terms as Vice Chairman of the Country Heights Residents and Land Owners Association (CHRLA), followed by two years as a Director of CHRLA Management Berhad, the company established to manage Country Heights. Presently, I serve as Vice President of the Taman SA Residents Association.
